Corpo em dia? A gente não consegue de um dia para outro. E a idade vem, as desculpas sempre existem, e ninguém pode cuidar de alguns assuntos em nossas vidas melhor do que nós mesmos. Uma delas é manter a forma. Pode ter tecnologia, dinheiro, tempo e investir pesado. Mas o que vale mesmo é dedicação e suor. Esta é a minha receita e muitos perguntam o que faço de diferente. Na verdade: nada.

Porém, na empreitada em de manter a forma e me sentir bem eu não estou sozinha. A personal trainer e especialista em musculação, corrida e funcional, Fabiana Goulart, tem me acompanhado nas idas à academia Alive.
